ENET.SYSOP: SDS and MOB General announcement

As of NODELIST.014 of 2022 SDS and MOB (user?) flags will be dropped from the nodelist.

SDS because it simply is not used and there are no takers anymore. SDS-net is also a thing of the past.

MOB was a mistake. There was some development but the programmer did not deliver. Нence it goes.

The nodelist-epilog has been adapted and the new ERRFLAGS.ZC2-file distributed.
