Нello All!

As you may all know the ZC2's system has suffered from a recent heathwave.
It appears that the mailer is functional, but that an inernal process fails.
As a result in and outgoing traffic is not presented to the mailer.

For over a year I have been running a parrallel system for the generation
of the nodelist. For this purpose Ward provides me with the Zone and
Region files, that he receives. The lists that my setup produces are
identical to the files generated by Ward.

In an exchange between Ward and a few R28 sysops, Ward suggested that maybe
I could publish a Nodelist until he is back somewhere in mid August.

I found alternate sources for Z1 and Z3 segments, and if sent to me I will
include Z2 region updates.

To get these Z2 regional updates included in the other Zone distributions, I
will have to make arrangements with the other ZC's. When that is opportune
I will look into that.

The Nodelist I produce is available for file request at 2:280/5003.
New files are available after 4:30 MST (middle european summer time)

NODELIST.Axx - Weekly nodelist in ARC format
NODELIST,Zxx - Weekly nodelist in Zip format
NODEDIFF.Axx - Update for weekly nodelist in ARC format
NODEDIFF.Zxx - Update for weekly nodelist in Zip format

NODELIST.xxx - Daily Nodelist uncompressed
DAILYUTF.Zxx - Daily utf8 encoded Nodelist

There are no magic names for the most current files.

В связи с падением сборщика нодлиста у Варда во время его длительного отсутствия (сюрприз, блин! ;-) ), временным ведущим нодлиста был назначен Kees van Eeten, 2:280/5003. Не смотря на весьма оригинальный способ информирования им RC о новом регламенте ведения нодлиста (пакованным нетмейлом на непарольной сессии), вчера мне таки удалось установить с ним линк и наладить получение официоза. Также перенаправил на него отправку нашего сегмента (пока никаких квитков не получал). Следим за развитием событий. ;-)
