What's the nearest airport to fly into without being shot down by AA missiles?

I've been told you guys have a good climate...

For years I've been planning to go to the September meeting the Russian sysops
have in Moscou but something always keeps getting in between... I also need to return to St.Petersburg to meet Fidofriends there after the unexpected birth of my granddaughter in 2009 ushered me into an early exit Nov.13th.
