version 1.1 (23.06.2018) done by JOTD:
- enabled original cheat modes & level select from whdload splash screen
- added CD32 controls:
* blue/second button: fire grenade
* play: pause
* rev+fwd+play: quit current game
* rev+fwd+play+red: quit to workbench (during game)
- added quick fade-in/fade-out for screens (the intro screens just took forever, just
to brag on how many colors AGA had, well, it's nice, and you can restore the original state
using CUSTOM5)
