All,

It has been brought to my attention that the mandate of R46C has expired and the region requires an RC-election.

R46C is hereby commissioned to start the preparation of such an election and I
hereby launch a call for candidates from R46. In order to be a candidate you need to be a listed sysop in good order in nodelist.008 as produced for Z2 and not be Нold nor Down.

R46Ce may stand for another term if he wishes so, but cannot run the election himself.

If only 1 candidate shows up, then no vote need being had I would say.

If more than 1 candidate shows-up then a fully fledged election needs to be held with a set of at least 2 officers managing that election. Also think of a run-off procedure in case of no clear winner.
