I am posting this for your information.

A few days ago someone from Z2 dropped off this file in my inbound:

R50EC.ZIP

It came in with a .tic file and was released - it did make it to my downlinks.

I have quoted Vince Coen's reply below so that it does not foul up any system....This is the message I received from Vincent Coen about that file:

Look, I could give two hoots about this, one of the Russian boys sent it through... it is NOT the first time they've sent this file out...

I don't really know what Vincent Coen is doing to file distribution, but I thought someone should know about this.
