- added CUSTOM2 to jump with second/blue button
- added CD32 pad controls for pause/esc/quit to WB/toggle music/filter
- merged trainer with original trainer which allows to select
start level with level number + space
- added CUSTOM3 which allows to use disk image (disk.1) of the pre 1.2 versions
- added level select (CUSTOM4)
