Last year I discussed with Ward how to take better care of the Fidonet.org domain and we came to the conclusion that is was time to make a new site. So I did. And it has been on my servers since, unavailable to the world.

Nothing has happened with the fidonet.org domain since so I came to the conclusion, right or wrong, that I should take the work I did last year and put it online anyway. I registered the fidonet.io domain last year and decided I should put it to use, so I therefor present to you my take on a more up-to-date Fidonet website: https://www.fidonet.io.

I welcome any feedback either here or via netmail to 2:201/120. I'm sure there are things I got wrong and there are probably things that can be done better but at least it's online now and I hope it can help someone who wants to find out more about Fidonet.
