Главная шутка юмора состоит в том, что 99% все проблем такого рода - от
недостаточной мощности блока питания. Когда AGP начинает работать на полную
мощность, все и случается, даже если это просто хорошее 2D ускорение.
Производители матерей занижают требуемые мощности БП... :-) На моей, например,
ошиблись ровно на одну палку памяти - либо 4 палки без AGP, либо три с AGP, в
обоих случаях работает стабильно. 4 палки и AGP - здравствуй BSOD.

В качестве правильных солюшенов можно либо поставить более мощный БП, либо
снизить напряг на 3,3 вольтовое питания - обычно достаточно вынуть одну из
палок памяти, если их несколько.
