Version 1.2 (21.03.2019) by Psygore:
- Support CDTV version and another version Mission Disk I (SPS #268)
- Set CUSTOM2=1 to load Mission Disk I and CUSTOM2=2 for Mission Disk II
(it will overwrite the CUSTOM option)
